The UltraSoft Muscle Tank is cut in 100% combed ring-spun cotton at 4.3 oz/yd2 — genuinely lightweight, roughly 20% lighter than a standard 5.3 oz cotton tee, which produces the drape and airflow you actually notice in warm conditions.

Combed ring-spun cotton is processed in two extra steps over standard cotton. Combing removes the short, irregular fibres before spinning. Ring-spinning then twists the remaining long fibres into a finer, tighter yarn. The result is a softer surface, stronger fabric, and less surface fuzz compared to the open-end spun cotton used in most basic tanks. At 4.3 oz, the yarn is also spun finer, which is why the fabric drapes rather than sitting flat against the body.

The muscle cut is cut with a wide armhole and a scoop neck — gives full shoulder range of motion without the binding that sleeve seams create, and the scoop neck drops lower than a standard crew for airflow at the collar. Pre-shrunk construction keeps the fit after washing.
