The Women's Medium Impact Sports Bra is built for the activities that sit between a gentle stretch and a full sprint — yoga, cycling, Pilates, elliptical, reformer, or a walk that occasionally becomes a jog. Made from 90/10 recycled polyester and elastane, it provides the support level that holds without the compression that makes it uncomfortable to wear for more than 45 minutes at a time.

• 90/10 recycled polyester-elastane — high recycled polyester content reduces environmental impact; the 10% elastane provides the stretch and recovery needed for medium-impact movement without the fabric distorting during exercise.
• Medium impact support — supportive enough for yoga, Pilates, cycling, and low-to-medium-intensity gym training; not intended for high-impact running or jumping activities.
• Moisture-wicking construction — polyester draws moisture away from the skin; dries significantly faster than cotton bralettes during and after exercise.
• Racerback silhouette — open back allows full shoulder and arm movement; racerback design keeps straps off the shoulder edges during overhead movements.
• Machine washable — cold wash, hang or lay flat to dry; high heat drying degrades elastane faster over time — low heat or air dry preferred.

Fits true to size. The medium-impact support level is most appropriate for cup sizes A through C; for larger cup sizes the support level may not be sufficient for higher-intensity activities, though it works well for yoga and lower-intensity training. Pairs with cropped leggings, joggers, or shorts.
