Yes — the ComfyThreads bamboo crew neck runs true to size. Bamboo viscose has minimal stretch, so true-to-size gives a regular, relaxed drape. If you prefer a closer fit, size down one.

Does bamboo fabric shrink when washed?

Wash cold (30°C), gentle cycle, air dry or tumble low. At that temperature, shrinkage is minimal. Avoid hot water — bamboo viscose loses shape above 40°C.

Bamboo viscose contains bamboo kun — a naturally occurring bacteriostatic bio-agent in the fibre. It inhibits odour-causing bacteria in the fabric itself, not through a chemical treatment added during manufacturing.

Okay so the quality of this shirt is NO joke!! The fit on this classic tee is honestly way better than I expected — it hugs the biceps and shoulders in all the right ways but still gives you a little breathing room around the waist, which I love. I was so impressed that I went back and ordered three more without even thinking twice. Once they showed up, I literally tossed out all my old baggy, ill-fitting shirts because why would I ever go back?! These classic tees have completely taken over my wardrobe and I have zero regrets.
