Dustin Excellent Shirts fit great feel great!! Only thing maybe look into is having the tag embedded onto the shirt so it doesn't stick out.

Ryan I don't even know what to say, other than, "WOW!" This is so much more than great customer service, this is taking it far beyond and showing genuine appreciation for your customers. This is my first experience using your business, but I can tell you right now that it won't be my last!
Here's the thing...it's only an $8 shirt (which is super soft and of great quality, by the way), and, for most, wouldnt have been worth the hassle. However, you were willing to offer me the professional courtesy of a refund for the incorrect color being sent, as well as the opportunity to keep the shirt I had received. Honestly, that would have been more than enough for me. But you didn't stop there! Recognizing that I had purchased a specific color and was in need of it for an event with a rapidly approaching deadline, you continued your search of inventory and found me the VERY LAST ONE in my size! But wait...there's more! You then made sure to print the label and send it out at the earliest shipping timeframe possible to ensure it STILL arrives before my event!!! Are you kidding me?! Who does that? YOUR customer experience team, that's who!
I just wanted to take the opportunity to tell you, "Thank you!" Thank you for taking the time and putting in the extra effort necessary to make this an outstanding experience for me!
